Can anyone recommend or give me a heads up on re offices to join. So far I've interviewed with Keller Williams,,, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Depends on many factors. I would recommend one that has few out of pocket expenses but a higher split to start. Training is VERY important to start as well.

Interview as many brokers as possible before yo make your final decision. This will give you all the options on what each offers. Ask them for the marketing and leads program and how much it will cost you

Ask how much freedom you have to run your own business since you are an independent contractor. Can you set you own seller commission rate or do they have a minimum you must charge (or risk paying the difference yourself)?

What would happen if you showed a buyer property, spent a lot of time with them & they wrote the contract with someone else in the office?
