I am wondering if I can send in my application to become a florida real estate agent if I don't turn 18 until July. I intend to take the course soon so that I don't have to wait long after my birthday to take the test.

Look up florida real estate commission and e-mail them, this varies state to state.I know in ga you can actually take the test before 18 but they won't give you a liscense until you turn 18.

Well, the statute says the applicant must be 18 so I would interpret that to mean 18 at the time of application. If they got around to reviewing your application prior to July then it would be denied because you aren't 18.

Call your state real estate commission office and ask them!
