Ive just moved back to Minnesota, I was told I had to take the 90 hour requirement classroom course first and then the state exam again to be licensed her in MN. Anybody hear any different. I have my license for GA.

Georgia is considered a non-reciprocal state for Minnesota licensure. You must fullfil the State of Minnesota licensing requirements. To verify my statement go to Minnestota Commerce Dept
Check on both the Georgia and Minnesota real estate commission's website. I don't think Georgia has reciprocity with Minnesota, but it could be worth a call.
