Can anyone share with me a flyer or mailing that would be good to mail out for farming. Or any websites with some examples.

Depending upon what/where you are farming - set up a series of 8 flyers/letters/postcards that are relevant to your farm. Include information they may not know - financing options - market stats in that neighborhood - info on the local schools - sports - etc. Become 'the source' for real estate informatin (With special bonuses of other info now and then) for everyone.

Generally, farm areas take 12-24 months to produce results - and typically, you'll get 1 sale per 50 "touches".
