I took the NYS exam in June, but I'm hesitant to leave my full-time job for the real estate industry because of the costs I'll incur.
1) Can anyone give me a COMPLETE BREAKDOWN of all the costs I'll be responsible for (i.e. insurance, mls)?
2) Which company should I purchase insurance from?
3) Is renting apartments in the city a better way for me to start out since it seems a lot easier to rent an apartment in NYC than sell a house in the five boroughs???
