What I would recommend considering is leveraging the company to make it appear that you are experienced and well supported. In my exapmle I have been in the business for 12 years and have a team of 12 agents (including staff). Of course I didn't when I started. The best approach I found was to count the number of support staff at our branch and use their bio's in my listing presentations as part of my 'team'. I then quote the years of experience they have and so on. I also leverage my companies stats (since I didn't have any). i.e. Realty Executives sells X homes in this neighborhood in X years and so on. All of a sudden I look like the best agent on the block!
I never found it necessary at all to even mention that I was new to the business. If you act like a new agent, they'll know. Act like you own the market and have been in business for a long time! If they do ask just tell them that your relative inexperience is offset by the hundreds of professionals you work with and the advice of your broker. Tell them that the fact that you are new increases your hunger to provide the highest services and sell their home fast and for the most money. Etc. Etc.
Hope this helps!
