I am going to be attending real estate class in spring here in St. Cloud, MN...I received my license when i used to live in GA. I was not in GA very long and had to relocate because of family issues ..Im still a little nervous..I used to live in St. Cloud, I would think my main target would be my church members. I do hold a full time job and will be doing real estate parttime and hopefully one day I can do it full time. This is a small town..which is good because i can nagivate my way around much faster than I could while in GA. If anyone has any ideas that can help me or are in town,please feel to respond. Thanks.

I need some advice. It's been a little over a year since I passed the national and state exam, but never obtained my license (inactive status) here. I will be moving out of state soon. Do I still have to take the fundamentals course all over again? If so, will I need to take only the state portion of the exam and/or the general (national) exam as well? Also, since my license is inactive and don't plan on returning to this state. What will happen to my license? I suppose if I don't pay the license renewal fee (every two years), it will expire on its own. Will that look bad in my records? I'm wondering if I need to contact the Dept. of Licensing of my move and to let them know that I will not be renewing my license, is all that necessary? I'm a nervous wreck...sorry for all the questions. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Not sure what the laws in your state are about relocating..I would give the your dept of licensing a call. I have to take the fundamental course again in the state im moving in
