Have any of you tried any of the programs that are always splashed all over the inside of Realtor Magazine. Like Cragi Proctor system or Talking house or Hobbs Hender?? Let me know what you think or have learned. Is it all just a bunch of get rich quick stuff becasue I don't really have time for that..

I have 5 of the talking house transmitters ... they are'nt great for selling the home -- they do help me I think when aquiring the listings though. I mention how they set your home apart from the 10 that they drove by and that this talking house may intrigue them to call for a showing.

It's another tool in my toolbox that I use.
