Hello All:

I just completed my pre-licensing course and will soon take the state exam to become an agent. Can anyone give me information about point2agent.com?

Would having a website be a good investment of time and resources for a new agent?

Is point2agent a good place to start or are there other user friendly companies I can look at?

I have yet to decide which brokerage I will be affiliated with so any information given would be greatly appreciated. \:\)

There are a lot of website designers for real estate agents. I would wait until you pass you exam and get signed on with a broker. Then ask other agents in your office who they use and why. You need to make sure who ever you use is acceptable with the local MLS board and your broker for IDX use.

p2a is a good place to start. The initial site is free and will help you get by.

The most important advice I have for new agents is to controle your expenses. Don't pay anyone to build a site for you, templates are fine.

I generate about 10-20 good internet leads a week, and all I spend is about $40 month for the site and about $200 for google ad word searches.

Hello
I have point2agent website for past 1.5yr. I had free version for 8 months and then finally bumped up to professional level. I cannot stop bragging about how happy I am with the customer service and the website usage.

Once you get your license and decide on the broker let me know I can send you invitation for free website. My email is: info@eNOVAHomes.com

Good Luck

Thank you Ritu:

I will be sure to keep in contact. I don't want to jump off of the topic but if you have any advice for new agents it would be greatly appreciated.
