I am semi-familiar with the advantages, what are the disadvantages? I was reading a banks website that said the advantages are;
* SBA loans are available for up to 25 years,fully amortized
* SBA loans can be for up to 90% of loan-to-value on first trust deeds
* SBA loans can be used to refinance owner-occupied commercial property
* SBA loans have no pre-payment penalties
* SBA loans are available to $1,000,000…or more
* SBA loans are excellent for leasehold improvements
so is the only draw-back the fact that the loan amount has to be so small and I would imagine the rate are aern't as favorable, but are they drastically different?
