ok my brother in NYC is thinking about becoming an agent with Marcus and Millichap are they pretty much like any commercial real estate company I did some research and they seem to be in the high end of listings what do you guys think?
and another question is marketing for residential listings is the same for commercial listings? any advice will be helpful. thanks.

They have an MLS specifically for commercial/ industrial properties. Other than that you have to be very creative.
