alvin Veteran Member Registered: 09/02/04 Posts: 992 Loc: dev	ive read that the most desirable cap rate is 10% lets say we have an 10 multi unit apartment with a cap rate of 4%, what factors would a buyer include to raise the cap rate close to 10%?
