Make sure your listing presentation shows them what you will be doing for them! Where you advertise and how often. Are you a premium LoopNet member? If not it is worth the money and adds more to your presentation.
Become an expert in 1 or 2 types of commercial properties. Create your own mini list of everything for sale in your area, even the FSBO stuff.
