Has anyone used this online advertising site for commerical. I signed up but just for a quarter year. I am leasing out a big Bed and Breakfast type retreat property.

Also looking for a small strip mall for one of my clients.

Im a newbie, just got relicensed on August 15th, but the business is coming slowly but surely.

It is THE place to put commercial listings. Think of it as the Commercial MLS. All business/commercial brokers look there first.

I've used it since March of this year and have been really happy with the results. I've sold two commercial properties already, as a result.

Thanks for words reinforcement. My 135 dollars for three months was well spent then. I was asked to find a lessee to rent a big old country estate that had been used as a Farm vacations B and B for 7500/month. Kind of a unique order. Cant really go on my local MLS and say hey does anyone need 17 bedrooms and 17 bathrooms? It might get some bites for people who cant pay 1.5 million or more to buy something and just concentrate on building their business without buying the real estate.

But there is a CATCH, I soon discovered. I got in a promotion to get that enhanced listing at no extra charge for 90 days. Mysteriously, my company name and contact information dissapeared from the enhanced listing. Loop net offers absolutely no customer service on Sat or Sun so my fancy free toy doesnt do me much good since my contact info isnt there!! I know that editing of anything is linked from the original listing and the member is free to edit and it updates automatically, but the original contact info is all in order where it is supposed to be. Its some sort of technical set up problem. But 48 hours, cant do thing. They really need to make customer support a little more accessible.

Call them on Monday and have them straighten it out. I'm sure that they will correct it and will probably extend the free enhanced listing for the days that you missed out on.

If you click the link on your enhanced listing page that says "Learn More about this Property" (in the bottom left hand corner).. it does take you to your company name and contact info!

Did you get cuaght in that flood in Rockford last week? My grandma has 2 feet of mud in her basement and she still dosen't have any power or water!!! Thats sounds kinda illegal!

Loopnet is the best site out there for commercial properties.

Hi back after two weeks. Rockford came out fine, who wouldve known flood waters can rise in the time people are sitting down at KFC eating.

But back to loopnet. Its funny but these guys still havent corrected my request. When I sent them emails, they reply dont worry we havent forgotten about you, we are still working on it. I find that incredibly hard to fathom how they cant tell me why I cannot get my name on my "enhanced listing" Its been two weeks. I think I may begin to question their competence.
