My broker just got the franchise for the commercial part of the company, and it looks like i'm going to be on the commerical team. I'm keen to go out there and learn as much as possible and wanted peoples feedback on what i should take.

I'm planning on doing the CCIM. Any other courses or desginations worth taking? I have no commerical experience at all.

I recently made the decision to go full-time commercial and I am not looking back! Best decision I have made and I am sure you will love it as well. There is a CCIM Intro class that will be very helpful for you. I had already taken it and it was great. If you are not familiar with 1031's get familiar with them if you plan to work investment properties.

Pick up a book on leases as well.
