Hi Alvin,
I'm looking for a a Brokers Confidentiality form I can type up real quick for an investor I have that's hungry for me to show him some bldgs to buy...got any suggestions? This guy wants to buy quite a few since he found out my broker is a good friend of his...his price range? He says skys the limit, so you know I want to work this one...and yes he is looking for caps of at least 10%

This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however. To search that forum you will need to be actually in the Asset Managers Forum and you will need to use the old forum search below.
