Does anyone know a commercial Lender I can get in touch with to do a 2.8 Mil construction loan with?

I've been in touch with a few commercial lenders but none of them have been good about getting back to me and my borrower wants to finish this up asap.

Have you tried a local lender with a commercial department? If not why? Local lenders love to keep the money in the area when possible. Perhaps you should look at some of the lenders used by some of the local subdivision developers to being in their projects.

Use a loan officer/broker that specializes in commercial loans and not one that does primarily residential loans.
