In the business world, the person writing the letter is Joe Wilson, and the person receiving the letter is Mr. Joe Wilson. A sender does not call himself Mr., as it is considered poor business manners. Also, a business letter writer always includes his first name, unless his name is Elvis.
Ask a few of my email buddies on here--I do not like to open things others have downloaded and sent me unless from a legitimate business site, and I do not like to be on forward lists, and I won't open anything that I do not absolutely know for sure is safe.
RealtorDeb, be very careful. I'm worried about your email settings now. Find someone with the same email program you have, and have them help you with the settings. My Earthlink would have tossed this email in the Spam box, or at the least, in the Suspect Email box.
You did the right thing rejecting them - now try to stop the emails from coming into your regular mail box.
