I'm currently looking for a summer internship with any commercial real estate firm in TX or CA. I'd like to know a little bit about how the internship process goes as far as responsibilities and pay. Sooo...Does anybody here have any good/bad internship experiences they would like to share.
And of course if your firm is hiring interns by all means let me know. I'm a SMEAL Business student majoring in Economics.

i interviewed with marcus and millichap in southern california. they offered $24k for 1 year only for the internship program. also with this company they only want you to specialize in 1 niche of commercial whether its multiunits, industrial, etc. i found out majority of the agents in that particular office specialized in multiunits/apartments.

Interesting, I am trying to get an internship with the Austin division of Marcus and Millichap. Unfortunately, I hear they don't pay you for the summer internship program.
So I assume you are still with the firm, how do you like it?
Do you know if your office is accepting interns presently?
