Hey guys I love the form first of all. First time to post here but have learned so much from all of you. I have been in real estate for a number of years. Kind of accidently gotten into a commercial deal. I found a company that wanted to sell a piece of commercial property. I found an investor to buy the property. Now the investor wants to resell the property. I have some property on loopnet so i know about loop. I was trying not to just put up a sign and wait for the calls. I want to try to sell these lots real quick for him. Where is a good resourse for finding and getting intouch with chain restaurants hotels gas stations any commercial business that would like to locate on an interstate exit ramp. thanks for the help

Maybe the spread the word to the Better Business Bureau (SP?). I would also try to find some commercial lenders in your area and breathe the word to them, alot of finance guys call me and give me a 'tip' about the newest thing out there hoping they'll be the banker when i find a buyer.

If you are not a broker that deals exclusively with Commercial Properties you have little hope of getting to the person that makes the decisions for any of the national chains, hotels motels, gas stations etc that would be interested in being located near an interstate off ramp. Your best bet is to send out an e-mail to the commercial agents in the area who specialize in those regional or national clients.

Paul, Thank you for your post. The problem is this is a very fast growing area major shopping outdoor mall just opened next to this piece of land. ITS a killer place. Just talked to a hotel guy who wants to put a exteded stay motel on 4 acres. I really want to get into this area leave residential behind. If this guy buys the 4 acres then only 18 more acres to sell. Thanks for the help guys.
