Property Manager Member Registered: 03/06/05 Posts: 121 Loc: NW Indiana	Just finished CCIM 101 at DePaul. After Sept 1st, 2006 all future candidates will have to close 10m minimum of closed commercial transactions for their required qualifying portfolio per CCIM HQ. All current candidates and any candidates signed up prior to Sept 1, 2006 will be grandfathered into the 5m minimum of closed commercial transactions for their required qualifying portfolio. If you are thinking of becoming a candidate now might be the time to sign up.
