Finally Made the Leap

I finally decided that i have had enough of emotional home buyers and sellers....I have moved to the Commercial side of our brokerage...no more weekends spent at open houses or showing buyers homes...  Now the only residential I will do is my own new constructions and multi-family homes....

I'm sure you will enjoy the challange.
I hope to move into Commercial once have I much more experiance in RE, and can find a good commercial agent to act as a mentor. In my previous business lives I've had plenty of Commercial experiance as both a tennant and a landlord, but none as an agent.

Congrats- I also feel that way about residential. In fact, I will be at CCIM 101 class Aug 14- 19 in Chicago at the Depaul campus.

I have two commercial listings as of last week myself. I can't make the entire move to commercial right now because I am still setting up my residential team. I've been listening to the programs at the Commercial Online Convention , some which have been interesting. My initial goal when I started in real estate was to work with investors, residential and commercial, but I find that I enjoy development and land deals the most. Congrats, Paul.
