anyone planning to take CCIM courses?

i plan to take this later on when i have more free time. is anyone a CCIM or planning to take these courses?
i interviewed at marcus & millichap a few months ago and they said they dont require their commercial agents to be certified as a CCIM.

I applied for their Diversity Scholarship. They have a CI Intro class in Houston this October. If I don't get it, I'll go to the 101 in Austin this Fall.

If you’re planning on buying, selling or leasing commercial or investment properties, CCIM courses will give you the edge and the knowledge to work these types of transactions and be confident about what you’re presenting to your clients.

My company requires I take the CCIM course, but being out of school for a very long time, I have taken the BIG DOG COURSE, But I am concerend about the math and financial part of the test. Any help or insight I would appericiate. Thanks God Bless Kim www.kimhenderson.com khenderson@cutlerhomes.com

dang!!! I was just checking out the site for the ccim designation. Theres like 20 days+ of classes. And the whole thing will end up costing $6k+ And the best part is all the travelling i am going to have to do If only i could get my broker to pay for it all :p

This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however.
