Mann Made Time Member Registered: 06/28/06 Posts: 13 Loc: PEI, Canada	I recommend http://www.360agent.com. It's fairly inexpensive at $34.95US per month and $349US per year. It will do almost everything but drive you to your showings! It's web based, it will send emails for you and it has capabilities to use it with your cell.
