What did your Buyer Broker contract stipulate? If he was, in fact, "your" agent, working "for" you specifically, under contract, the law and the courts would support the valid contract contents. Re-read your contract. And, perhaps investigate the definition of agency. Do you know for a fact that the sales representative was actually your agent? was your "representative?" Every contract and all its details needs to be spelled out in writing, whether you are involved in a real estate transaction or any other sort of contract.
