How do you feel about designations such as ePRO, ABR, CCIM, etc.? Are Canadian realtors allowed to pursue these designations?

CCIM is a great designation because the content is rich. There was a time when you had to take your CCIM through the states. However it is now back in
Canada. I have made every penny and then some back from my CCIM courses. Eventhough CREA lost the ability about 10 years ago to deliver it in Canada which prevented the completion of my designation I still highly recommend it. Now that its back in Canada I may finish it.

I think CCIM and CRS are good designations. I am currently pursuing my Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) and thinking about the RLI (Realtors Land Insitute).

Kisa,

What is the point of your message. Is it to advertise or to discuss? If you don't respond I will delete your comments as blatant advertising.
