Just curious is there a place that lists recent divorces ?

In the U.S. it's pulic record at the courthouse. Other records available are forclosure, bankrupcy and death certificates.

Maybe I should have added specifically in Canada.

Farming recent divorces? Have not herd of that one before.
Not sure if there is a place to get that information.

haa haa I think it is quite funny......what our world has come to when divorces are more frequent then expired listings!

Why would you want such information? Looking for lead? Most likely the property would have been divided and apportioned at the time of divorce. Unless it is deemed a matrimonial home, which is another story for another time. Go network with a family lawyer.

So unless your counsel on record, good luck on obtaining any disclosure. What's next, death notice leads....
