I came across a few of these teams concepts. That is where the real estate agent hands out a package which includes names of lawyers, mortgage brokers, renovators, etc.
I guess my question is what criteria do real estate agents tend to look for when selecting their team?
Don't understand what you are trying to do - networking with agents in your area? Why would you do that they are the competition and can offer limited help unless they work for the same brokerage (ie cannot do offers / open houses etc etc) ..if you are looking to network with agents in different areas call some broker managers in those areas and get names of the agents with the best customer service record - thats a good place to start
