I am an office manager with 120 real estate associates in my office. I am struggling with growing my office larger. I am contemplating setting up a program that would consist of one or more of my associates running an ad in the local paper looking for buyer agents. Any agents that join would assist with acquiring leads for the team leader. If a lead comes from this marketing the that associate would keep 100% (minus comapny split. If the lead came from the team leader and the other associate closed the deal then there would be a 50/50 split. The incentive for a team leader to advertise is to increase their income and through our comapny referral program the yould receive a $600 referral for having the realtor join the company and his team.
Is this something that others think may work?
