Anyone here know where I can find a lender to finance an investor who wants to start investing in occupied, 2-families? Credit score is low - mid 500s, and cash on hand is very limited.

Is there a lender out there who would just consider the value of the property, long-term tenants, and such? Can this be done? If so, please share on how to do this.
