I've got 2 rental properties and looking to acquire a couple more if we can find financing. It's about the numbers. Frankly, I need to buy a 220000 home for a mortgage payment of less than 1200.00. Is it doable?? Point me in the right direction please!!

most lenders max out at 10 NOO's so you still under the radar

are the rental currently occupied?
how long are the lease committments?
