There are some companies i have heard that sell data files of people that are 30 to 60 days behind on payments but do not have nod's or not's filed yet on public record.

The file usually has there credit score,phone number,appraised value,days behind,how much to cure the loan,loan balance,name,address,etc.

Usually these are in house files by the banks,lenders that are used for loan processing,loss mitigation,and forwarding to the default attorney or foreclosure processing department.

Anyone know any major companies doing this?
