Well, to all of you that remember me from my 120 postings Im back! My loan is finished and I got a great deal with my mortgage broker"Greg for Mortgages".The man worked so hard and he is so kind and honest that he deserves the term Upfront Mortgage Broker. He not only got me a 30 yr.fixed loan but he also got it through freddy mac. No more being shoved into unscrupulous subprime lender loans by unscrupulous brokers.Isnt it amazing that this man did what all the little boy brokers that insulted and hounded me said could not be done on this website. If you remember correctly I had hired and fired 2 other mortgage broker and also had dealt with my subprime mort. holder to refinance my arm.I didnt like what they were offering I always thought I could do better if somene wanted to do their job and really spend some time looking for me.I was totally affraid to deal with a broker on this web-site, but Greg for Mortgages seemed so honest and I guess you could call it a gut feeling.There is even a clause in my loan that after 2 years of timely mtg. pmts. they will lower the interest rate down 1%.

Way to go Greg!! It goes to show that some of us actually cal this job our career. I real true honest Mortgage Broker is better than any one bank for any customer.

That is why everyone should run DU/LP on every deal..

Greg Bates, the mtg. broker I met on your site was so gun-ho,so honest and did everything that I should have been qualified to get in the first place. The difference with the other brokers I met on my own was their dishonesty in getting the extra and fast buck.
