I've used www.myNeighborhoodAgent.com and liked it for the convenience and price. However, now I want to provide my own mailing lists and custom designed postcards (versus limited template choices). I'm looking for a cheaper source than www.modernpostcards.com. Any recommendations? Thanks,

Three words: "Power Marketing Center" www.powermarketingcenter.com It really depends though on what you are trying to do. Both companies mentioned are excellent if you are wanting to send certain quantities of the "same" card. But neither work very well for sequential mailing or if you just want to send one postcard to someone in a marketing sequence. As far as I know, I have developed the only such solution over at: www.powermarketingcenter.com Each card is 60 cents which may be a bit more, but not much more than at least one company above, but again, you can send just one card in a series and the quality is second to none.

They have templates, but you can make your own with almost any online printing company. ExpressCopy is fast and effective. I have a Quantummail account, but never used them.

RE: Power Marketing Center
Are you saying that the post cards can be part of a campaign that can be launched to a prospect - like an autoresponder except via post cards?
What size post cards do you allow?
Can you submit your own custom postcards as part of this sequence? I mean complete artwork, not just ad a photo.
What I'm looking for is a way to let the mailing house take care of a sequence of mailings for prospects. That sequence needs to be varied according to the type of prospect (different campaigns like FSBO, Open House, etc) and it needs to be an automated process. I don't want to go back in after the first of 8 mailings and say, okay for this guy send mailing #2, for this one mailing #3. I want it to work more like an autoresponder. Each campaign would have a different name and be launched (like sending an email to one of 4 autoresponders).

Why do these post card company's quote prices for both sides printing, when the one side needs to be blank to add the customer address and stamp? Realtors really only need one side printed on post cards. Right?

This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however. To search that forum you will need to be actually in the Asset Managers Forum and you will need to use the old forum search below.
