I have been a self-employed glass artist since 1993, but I haven't done paperwork, and can't prove my income. I have never had credit.
We have accepted a counter to a conditional offer we made on a 1600 square foot house on 2 1/2 acres. It is right on a busy tourist route, an ideal location for me to set up my glassblowing shop in the garage and sell my work.
I have until april 10th to find a 90% mortgage for a $60,000 home in New Brunswick. How can I make this happen?

Are you saying you've never had a loan or credit card ever? If so, you can use bank deposits to prove your income and utility bills to show credit history. If all that is true, you'll be assigned a credit score of 620 and your rates and fees will determined according to that score. Dont mention that you'll be running a business out of the home.

Have someone run your credit to find programs where you may qualify as Self-Employed. Like Aaron mentioned, you can provide the last year or two of funds coming into your bank account for light documentation.
