A Realtor Violated Article 16-5 of the Code of Ethics (interfering with the relationship of another Realtor) while also violating the rules on disclosure of limited representation while having a telephone conversation. This Realtor has been a total pain in the butt to the point both i and my clients (i am also a party to the transaction) refuse to work with this agent. All this happened during a phone call when she aggresively tried to get my client to sign a buyer/broker agreeement.

If we filed a complaint, would anything come of it being that she can simply deny the whole thing?

Arthur,
Do you have a Buyer Broker Agreement signed with your client? If so thats great!! If not your client can sign one with the other agent and it's a done deal for you. It may be shady on the other agent, but if you haven't signed anything with your customer (because without a BBA he/she is a customer, not a client)then the other agent is in the clear. If you have that agreement signed and your Client is willing to write a statement agreeing to the fact, then you might have a case for your Association.
