I am not an agent so I want your input please.My contract had a standard financing contingency and unfortunately my loan got denied.Now when I asked for my earnest money back I got a hostile response and told not to call back (from the agent).I asked for a copy of the contract and the 3 page list of contingencies is strangely "missing" one page.The 2nd page has a sentence cut off in mid sentence that finished on the 3rd page.The place where it had checked "sellers agent" was still checked...but where it had buyers agent previously checked it is marked out ( but still visible that it was checked).This agent was supoost to be acting as the sellers/buyers agent (a facilitator I think is what it was called).Why are they altering this and is that legal????
