Need some insight from those EXPERIENCED with Hearing panels on Ethics. A Grievance was put forward and a hearing held - in the process the 180 day rule was overlooked. Yep, I know, can't happen right? Wrong - it did. Is it possible to appeal on the 180 day rule? Can the directors dismiss due to the procedure not being followed?

Does anyone know of any board that posts the results of Ethics hearings that would show a report with information on cases dismissed due to not meeting the 180 day requirement AFTER a hearing had been held?
