Hi all,

I am a new agent with many questions. The question I have today concerns MLS and what is
allowed. My husband and I are members to a few local real estate investor groups and have investor friends who would be intersted in sold
comps. Can I sell comp services to fellow
investors?

Sure, why not. Most MLS services do not allow you to resell the raw data, but you certainly could sell the service of interpreting that data.
