I wish I could be of more assistance, but I have never used TP. I do recall a thread recently where Brian stated that he was a TP user for 6+- years, and he would put his system up against TP any day of the week.

PMC is really robust...my impression is that TP is a contact management system mainly. Not only does PMC have that, but many more features as well.

Do a search on here for "PMC" or "RMP" or "Brian Rodgers". You'll see some users' comparing/contrasting the two systems. Better yet, just email Brian at brian@brseminars.com and ask him for a phone demo.

There is not one product/service that will do everything for you. You have to ask yourself, what do I want to accomplish by signing on with TP or PMC. Once you know that, you will find something that works for you. TP is not for everyone, neither is PMC. It all depends on your goals.

I stand ready, willing and able to:

1. Put you in touch with many people that have increased "closed" business using PMC

2. Prove you wrong. If you want to talk smack, fine, but at least give me enough respect to call me, e-mail me, fax me, whatever and find out what the system is all about. I have a feeling you will see the value in PMC and may even want to use it yourself. At a minimum I think you will see that we have a truly innovative and much needed service, even if it may not be right for you.


PMC isn't for everyone and it definitely isn't some quick fix, magic pill, get rich quick system. It takes time and effort to use it correctly. At the end of the day it is still just a tool, a very powerful set of tools that when used correctly can and will increase your income and/or give you your life back. But, it WILL NOT close transactions for you!!

Anybody can create technology, I'm sure it's just a matter of time before someone copies PowerMarketingCenter. But not just anyone can create a group of like-minded, supportive, positive, successful individuals who all work together to make sure that the technology is being used to help them in their real estate business. And that is exactly what we have at PowerMarketingCenter and RealMarketingPros.

We don't have the exact letters/scripts contained in Top Producer but we do have pre-loaded letters and other marketing materials. All of the marketing materials that come pre-loaded in PMC were written by me and actually used in day-to-day business. As you have read in earlier posts, The contact management aspects of PMC are just one part of the system and there is much, much more. Our contact management features are very easy to use and every bit as powerful as TP.

I didn't see the preloaded materials, but I need to get my PMC set up. I just formed a team, so need to know how to integrate all of our contacts with PMC.

So much to do...so little time. I wonder if there's maybe a virtual assistant who can handle PMC and set it up.
