After seeing and assisting my investor clients succeed, i have decided to venture into real estate investing. Unfortunately I have a RE Licence with a company that is Anti-investor. I need to find a small company that will give me some leeway in my personal transactions. I have several listings and one Commercial deal pending next week, and need to jump ship soon. I am also going to purchase a investment property in April.
Are there any brokers out there that are friendly to RE investors in Georgia, or do i need to turn in my licence?

Well that depends on if you are doing any unethical activities.

Remember as realtors we are bound by a code of ethics and cannot do certain things other investors do that are deemed to be unethical.
We can do similar things but have to go around it a certain way.
