Does anyone know where i can get a copy of the mortgage authorization and release form.I have some homeowners facing foreclosure and need to get this isgned before the bank will speak to me.

You should get this from your Loan Officer that you use exclusivsly. Its part of the RESPA requirements when asking for personal information from employer's, banks, rental owners.
