hello all, i am with prudential in ohio.. glad to be a part of this wonderful forum....in any event i have been a realtor for about five months and i have some questions....

does anyone have any creative ideas when it comes to prospecting? or any creative items to pass out, make me different than everyone else...

i have been trying to think of "one liners" to include in my marketing material..thus far i have come up with......
"buy or sell today with antonia k." this is as crative as i have been able to get........now, my first name is antonia....id like to use it because its unique, however, people at work call me toni......do u think this is a smart move? ive also thought of using "listing lady" however i am working on gettign my first listing this weekend, without the experience i feel wary to use this phrase......any suggestions?

Antonia: Are you looking to come up with one liners, or are you looking for your own personal Unique Selling Proposition? You want to find something that seperates you from all the other realtors out there. What is your specialty? What do you offer that others don't? What do you bring to the picture? If a potential client interviews 20 realtors, what do you offer that they do not? I think if you consider these questions, you can find your "1 liner". Worry about this before any catchy lines.
