I am working with a client trying to put together a seller finance contract in Texas. Can anyone give me any assistance or a point of reference would be greatly appreciated. I know nothing concerning seller financing contracting.

Have the client consult with his attorney for deatails. On my local Realtor's association board standard purchase contract there is a line stating that the seller will carry back a mortgage. You simply fill in that line and then make the contingency date the date that you set where you need the lawyer to draw up the financing agreement.
