Our local MLS does not have the MLS info framed. They want you to hire someone to "write a coding suitable for your own preferences". As far as I can tell this is a very time consuming labor intensive task. Is there a website that will do this for me without costing a kidney to program? Are there any programs that if I download the needed files daily, that will take that info and make a searchable database for my customers to do their own search on my website?

IDX solutions are pretty common these days.

Thanks Jim, apparently in my great town of Jonesboro Arkansas, we do good to get electricity let alone being included on a company's list of available MLS Coverage. We can't even get decent cell phone company coverage.

Jim, Thanks for mentioning our company with regard to IDX solutions. Though our service does cover many areas of the country, there are just as many, if not more that we have not integrated, yet. When we are contacted by an Agent or a Broker, in an area that we do not cover, we will investigate adding that area. A new MLS can usually be added to our coverage area within a 2-4 week timeframe.
