Just wondering...
If an agent makes 70% until having reached a certain volume level--what specific expenses would be involved with KW? Advertising pool? Desk fee? Are there any franchise fees deducted from the 70%?

Can a KW agent develop their own advertising aside from the pool (As long as it has the broker required affiliation info?)

Are any KW leads available from brokers? At what expense?

Does the KW agent pay for yard signs? Lock Boxes?

Any other detailed info about KW? (I found a lot of general info at website)

MOnthly expenses for MLS/Board and a tech/sunshine fee. NO advertising or leads are given. KW operates on a market center idea that you are free to use, not a localized walk-in office model geared towards the retail customer.
There is a usually a 18-21k brokeroffice cap, plus a 6k royalty cap per year, depending on what office you are in. Once you cap, you get 100% of commission.
KW doesn't "pay" for anything that I am aware of but you will avoid having huge monthly fees like some of the other 70% and up brokers...
