This company has a 2004 REO Contact Guide they offer for $99.95. I need to know if anyone knows anything about them and if they are legitimate! Thanks

Several companies use Premier in their name... problem is they all seem to have one thing in Common. They are Dead Beats.

Just to stay safe I always tell them I will not do business with them... ever...
