I should also tell you guys a little about myself...I am not new to the business. I started my career working for Centex Home Equity/Nationstar Mortgage as a successful loan officer specializing in sub prime loans. I then moved onto Countrywide Home Loans as a mortgage consultant specializing in both A-paper and Sub Prime loans. These were both direct lenders and were a great stepping stone to where I am now.

I now work for Mortgages USA. Mortgages USA is a part of the largest consumer leasing company in the nation and we've been in business for more than 30 years. We offer conventional mortgage loans as well as specialty loans.

The advantage to where I work now is I can take any situation for any borrower and shop up to 50 different lenders for the best available rates and programs. In building these relationships with certain lenders, Often times I can get better pricing then most banks.

This is where the real estate agent comes into play. The agent is a key player in my business. It helps me get a loan out for a borrower and helps the agent create genuine relationships with buyers without worrying about the loan process.
