Help. I did BPO'S years ago and will like to do them again. What is the average amount Lenders etc. are paying out there for them now?

Average seems to be $65 for a drive by. Although, some companies go by an average for your area, which could be higher or lower.
Tip: Negotiate!

My name is Wayne McNeal in Atlanta, & they pay me $65 for drive-by's & $120 for interior & $80 for commercial, that is from Reo National www.reosolutions.net. ====
