Hi all,

I am a licensed RE agent in PA. We need to move to central NJ (somerset county) because of my wife's job change. I am looking for broker recommendation where the split commission on buying a house for myself would be higher for the agent. OOH, how does KW, CWB, Re/Max handle agent/buyer transactions?

Since I need to start all over pretty much, I am also looking for a brokerage where floor time could generate me a good amount of leads. Thank you all.
